Use of Non-Personal Information

For technical reasons, the website of PokaMax will transfer non personal data to its server. For example the IP address of the host is one piece of data that is transferred. In addition, the version and the name of your Internet browser and the operating system used is transferred. The date and time of the requests are detected as the amount and status of the received and transmitted data. This data is automatically recorded separately from other data and used to optimize the performance of the servcie PokaMax offers. PokaMax is optimized for the most common browsers with the highest functionality. Therefore, it is possible to experience only limited functionality on outdated least widely used technical systems. This data helps us to recognize from which devices and what time our service is used.

 

Use of personal data

Personal data is only collected or processed in order to be able to fullfill your orders and the service PokaMax GmbH offers. Information which you communicate freely is used for example for obtaining invoice documents. There is no commercial use of the data of the recipients of your post- and greeting cards.

 

E-Mail Communication 

To receive important information by PokaMax you need a valid e-mail address. You must provide a real e-mail address where you have access to and confirm the address by a link in the e-mail which we send during the registration process of your PokaMax account.  By the confirmation you prove that you have access and are the owner of the e-mail address provided. Through that process we prevent abuse and can also send you a confirmation when we successfully received your order and your cards are handed over to the post service. We will also inform you about special events during the year or any new products or services we offer. You can register and unregister to that service. Overall, we appreciate it when you have an open dialogue with us because we can only improve our service to your needs if you tell us.

 

Transfer of data to third parties

We do not sell or give away any information to third parties if it is not necessary to fulfill your order / your personal request or required by legal regulations. A transfer of data to third parties for commercial purposes does not occur.
